Dispatch Time

We aim for all orders to be dispatched the same working day if you order before 12:00pm Monday to Friday. During seasonal peaks please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched on your designated service.

Tracking and Emails

Once your order has been successfully completed and is ready to be sent you will receive an email from us confirming the successful dispatch of your parcel(s). UPS will then contact you via email and SMS text message (if a mobile number has been provided) to confirm your tracking number and when your parcel will arrive. If there is no response when UPS try to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection. They will re-attempt to deliver your parcel up to two times after which it may be returned back to Vektra. Please note due to courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to some areas of the UK on a next day delivery service.

Any items purchased may be returned to us for a full refund within 28 days of the original purchase. Items returned to us must be safely packed and sent in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and fit for resale. 

Refunds will only be made when the items have been safely received back and have been inspected. If these conditions are not met, your purchase will not be refunded.To return any items to us please notify us by email at returns@vektra.uk and once we have authorised your request we ask that you please download the returns below and send it back with your unwanted goods. 

Please note that we will not process unauthorised returns. The costs of returning unwanted purchases will be borne by the purchaser and we ask that you provide a tracking number after it has been dispatched. Vektra will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage. For this reason we strongly recommend sending returns by recorded delivery.

We guarantee that the water in your Vektra kettle will stay hot for up to 4 hours after it is first boiled. 

Testing has shown that after 2 hours the water is at 80°C, hot enough to brew a cup of tea, and after 4 hours will be at 68°C, perfect to make coffee with. 

 Each kettle is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 2 years so if it breaks during that time then email us at returns@vektra.uk and we will have it collected from your home and then it will be checked by our quality controls team and if it passes our checks then you will receive a new Vetra kettle.
