VEKTRA Guarantee 

We guarantee that the water in your Vektra kettle will stay hot for up to 4 hours after it is first boiled.

Testing has shown that after 2 hours the water is at 80°C, hot enough to brew a cup of tea, and after 4 hours will be at 68°C, perfect to make coffee with. 

Each kettle is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 2 years after purchase.

Our guarantee only extends to the original purchaser of each kettle and cannot be transferred.

A valid proof of purchase must be submitted to validate the guarantee. If you do not retain a receipt, we are unable to offer any replacement.

We may ask you to return your kettle in order to validate any claim.
