Delivery

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch orders on the same day for orders received before 12pm otherwise they are dispatched the following day.  However during busy times this may be extended. Orders are only dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday. No orders will be dispatched at weekends or on Bank Holidays. Limited service is provided between Christmas and New Year. An email will be sent to the email address provided with confirmation that your order has been shipped and will provide you with a tracking reference.

All orders are sent out using reputable couriers such as DPD or UPS and you may be required to provide your ID to verify you are over the age of 18 when the order is delivered. You will receive a free text and email notification containing your tracking information directly from our courier. 

Standard Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 to any mainland UK postal address. For orders under £50 there is a £4.99 delivery charge. This is our default delivery option for UK orders.

Next Day Delivery:

For express next day delivery we will charge £5.99 per order to any UK postal address. Please note for next day delivery the order will have to be placed and processed before Midday to be delivered next day.

Europe:

For European Deliveries price varies from £9.99. Your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working/business days.

Orders send to the EU from the UK will be sent ex VAT. UK VAT will be removed during the end of the checkout process. VAT and duty will be payable in the recipient country prior to delivery.
