Delivery

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch orders on the same day for orders received before 12pm otherwise they are dispatched the following day.  However during busy times this may be extended. Orders are only dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday. No deliveries or orders will be dispatched on Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year. An email will be sent to the email address provided with confirmation that your order has been shipped and will provide you with a tracking reference.

All orders are sent out via UPS and you will receive a free text and email notification for peace of mind.  You can track your parcel by entering your UPS reference number at https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_GB

Standard Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 to any UK postal address. For orders under £50 there is a £3.99 delivery charge. This is our default delivery option for UK orders.

Next Day Delivery:

For express next day delivery we will charge £4.99 per order to any UK postal address. 

Europe:

For European Deliveries we charge £9.99. Your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working/business days.

Orders send to the EU from the UK will be sent ex VAT. UK VAT will be removed during the end of the checkout process. VAT and duty will be payable in the recipient country.
