Retours

Tout article acheté peut nous être retourné pour un remboursement complet dans les 28 jours suivant l'achat initial. Les articles qui nous sont retournés doivent être soigneusement emballés et envoyés dans l'emballage d'origine, non endommagés, non utilisés et propres à la revente. 

Refunds will only be made when the items have been safely received back and have been inspected. If these conditions are not met, your purchase will not be refunded.

To return any items to us please notify us by email at sales@vektra.uk and once we have authorised your request we ask that you please download the returns below and send it back with your unwanted goods. 

Please note that our Customer Service team is available Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am–2:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Our current response time is approx. 1–3 business days.

Please note that we will not process unauthorised returns. The costs of returning unwanted purchases will be borne by the purchaser and we ask that you provide a tracking number after it has been dispatched. Vektra will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the customer or recipients in non-recoverable carriage. For this reason we strongly recommend sending returns by recorded delivery.
