VEKTRA Guarantee 

We guarantee that the water in your Vektra kettle will stay hot for up to 4 hours after it is first boiled.

Tests haben gezeigt, dass das Wasser nach 2 Stunden 80°C hat, heiß genug, um eine Tasse Tee aufzubrühen, und nach 4 Stunden 68°C hat, perfekt, um damit Kaffee zu kochen. 

Each kettle is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 2 years from the date of purchase. Where a kettle is repaired or replaced under this warranty, the new item will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 12 months from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

Our guarantee only extends to the original purchaser of each kettle and cannot be transferred.

A valid proof of purchase must be submitted to validate the guarantee. If you do not retain a receipt, we are unable to offer any replacement.

We may ask you to return your kettle in order to validate any claim.
